Richmond Coaches Take the AWL Stage 🖤💛

We’re proud to see our Richmond coaches leading at the state’s highest level in the 2026 Australian Water Polo League!

💪 Men’s Head Coach – Rowan Bennett (10 seasons as AWL assistant coach; first season as Men’s Head Coach, recently joined Richmond)
💪 Men’s Assistant Coach – Greig “Spindles” Richardson (long-time Richmond player & coach, WSL1 coach)
💪 Women’s Head Coach – Rowie Webster (Richmond MSL1 coach & club icon, now in her 4th season coaching the Phoenix Women’s team)

Rowie and Spindles have a long history with Richmond as players and coaches, and now they bring their expertise to the Victorian Phoenix AWL teams. Rowan brings a decade of AWL coaching experience as an assistant to his first season leading the Men’s program.

We couldn’t be prouder to see Richmond talent making an impact at the AWL level!
