CONGRATULATIONS ROWIE WEBSTER
Appointed WPV Performance Pathways Manager
We’re thrilled to congratulate Richmond coach Rowie Webster on her appointment as Performance Pathways Manager at Water Polo Victoria.
A three-time Olympian and champion of the sport, Rowie brings an extraordinary level of experience to the role. She will lead the development and delivery of programs that support the growth of athletes and coaches across Victoria, from academy and state squads to the National Age Group Program and elite-level players.
Rowie currently coaches Richmond’s Men’s SL1 team and is a highly respected presence on our pool deck. Her passion, leadership and insight have had a huge impact on our senior athletes, and her new position is a natural progression for someone so dedicated to the sport’s future.
Before stepping into her new role, Rowie is heading to Germany to coach the Australian team at the World University Games. We’re especially proud that two Richmond players, Maddie M and Mimi S, are part of that squad and will have Rowie in their corner on the international stage.
We’re incredibly proud of Rowie’s appointment and grateful for all she brings to our club.
Congratulations, Rowie!
