U18 Boys AYC 2027

Expressions of Interest are now open for the Richmond U18 Boys team at the 2027 Australian Youth Water Polo Championships (AYC).

AYC is one of the key national junior pathway tournaments on the water polo calendar, bringing together the best U18 teams from around the country and building toward state and national representative selection.

Getting an early read on numbers helps us plan training, coaching and travel well ahead of time.

Eligibility

Open to boys born in 2009 or 2010.

Tournament Details

• Tuesday 30 March – Saturday 3 April 2027
• Location: Brisbane, QLD
• Selected athletes will need to commit to a training schedule in the lead-up, plus a pre-tournament training block/camp, likely in December 2026

Selection

Teams will be selected at the discretion of the coaching team, balancing skill, experience and competitiveness. A firm selection timeline will be confirmed closer to the tournament.
